work wednesday: we heart alex.











a fun-spirited and sparkly wedding shower invitation for alex. this bride's maid of honor came to us with a request for a non-traditional bridal shower invite for a non-traditional bride. we achieved this with a horizontal design, mix of typography, and bold palette of eggplant purple, brown and fuchsia. this was tucked into a metallic envelope and wrapped with an address label with the surprise 'we heart alex' phrase on the back flap.

work wednesday: bridget + tom.

it's snowing here! what a perfect day to share this mitten save the date for bridget + tom's winter nostalgia themed wedding at terrain this coming january. the inspiration came from classic golden books (a childhood favorite) and norwegian knit patterns that bridget brought in during her consultation. we combined those elements to create a memorable save the date for her guests to hang in their home or on the christmas tree for the upcoming wedding. the save the date was printed in full color, then die cut into a fun mitten shape with a hole punch for some old-fashioned cotton-wrapped twine.
